This case study is part of the UX & Product Design program at Berghs School of Communications. Our focus was to design a product centered around "Biometrics for healthy living." Through extensive research and careful consideration of various factors, we embarked on a mission to explore the potential of biometrics in improving people's well-being.

Based on thorough research and analysis, we made an informed decision to narrow our focus to biometrics—specifically, measuring and managing stress. Our choice was driven by the extensive research we conducted, which revealed the significant impact of stress on individuals' well-being. By concentrating our efforts on this specific aspect of biometrics, we aimed to create a solution that could provide tangible benefits to users within the given project timeframe. We aimed to develop a product that could help individuals measure and manage physical and psychological stress through biometric data, a key area impacting people's overall health.
